What to bring to my new apt?
I'm moving into a studio in a couple weeks, and just going over my lists, making sure I'm not forgetting anything.. A new pair of eyes would help! Anything you can think of that my list is missing. Cant beat that!! | Read more The end is coming, what are your plans in for the end? first off sorry about the spelling in this its like 1:30 am and my key board sucks i think the world as we know it will end very soon, so i am taking a few extra steps to prepare, and just wanted to know what ever one els thinks? so heres what i have done. secondary home/shelter: i have, with the help of only trusted friends and family constructed an underground shelter, its pritty strong and its hidden from sight, only way in is through the "secret tree" food/water: i have about 5000 bottles of water and anyone can make a still pritty easy also lots of food stock up on wepons(guns): i have alot of guns anyway, being hardcore 2nd amendment, but only in the past few months have i been buying alot. i now have around 15 semi-auto rifles with 10+ 20-40 round magizens for each i also have an AK-47 with 100 round C-MAG (legaly purchesed like all my guns) remington 700 VTR with mil-spec barrle and a Nicon scope, 50K plus bullets. i have reloaders for shells, bullets, everthing, also have the proper equipment to make bullets, not just reload them, lots of gun powder of corse. its not mine but someone who will join me and my family has a real Ma Duce (browning M2 .50 cal heavy machine gun like on top of military humvees) its not illegal were he lives so he has it. fuel: i have alot of fuel for my car and ATVs misc: i have about 50 diferant blades ranging from steak knifes to a braud sword, a 17th century flail, a crossbow, a compund bow, lots of arrows and tips, i have medical equipment ranging from bandages to a difibulator. a few axes and other tools, a bunch of bullet resentant kevlar vests (they were very pricy but worth it) a good thing to remember is you wont be the only survivor, other people might try to sneek up on you so a good think to do is setup noise traps, they won't hurt anything but they make alot of noise when triggerd to alert you theres movemnet outside. a few things to remember: if you are looking down your scope and see a flash it may be a reflection from another scope in the sun, if you see someone poiting a gun at you, shoot them, but make sure there not someone you know. don't crack under pressure, if you survive the worst of the apocolypse, what ever it may be, you will be in shock, we all will but if you start taking fire from some other surviors, don't give up the moment you doubt your self its over, any one who has been in a gun fight knows its scary, but the guy shooting at you will run out of ammo and have to reload, thats when you take them out, of course its better to shoot twice and nutralize the threat before he can see you wow that got long, but what ever i want to know what everone els has done to prepare, because its not if modern socity will fall, but when, its going to happen, and no i don't think 2012 will be the end, 2012 is a media stunt to make money. any way has anyone els gone to the extent i have? if your going to say im crazy just don't bother, you will die and i will live, thats fine with me also will anyone els bring "plants" with them? you know? it might get boring from time to time. we'll need something to puff on :) You sound like you watch far too much US American television, it's making you paranoid.
